What will our coaching engagement look like?

  • Phase 1: kick off; agree on ways of working and outline requirements and definition of success.
  • Phase 2: coaching conversations (includes exercises, actions plans, reviews, conversations).
  • Phase 3: mid engagement review.
  • Phase 4: coaching conversations (includes exercises, actions plans, reviews, conversations).
  • Phase 5: review and wrap up.
    The number of conversations in Phase 2 and Phase 4 depends on your requirements and availability.

There can be multiple stakeholders in a coaching relationship e.g HR Manager, team member, coach. It is imperative that all stakeholders are clear on the process, roles and responsibilities and agree on the ways of working.
