When there is an individual and an organisation involved in the coaching process, it is very important that all parties agree, upfront on the rules of engagement. We will discuss and agree on a confidentiality agreement, outline boundaries and expectations and negotiate outcomes and requirements.
As a coach, I will adhere to a professional and confidential code of conduct. I expect the same in return.
